Citizens of Cite Soleil show their support for Jude Celestin

In Cite Soleil, the poorest and most dangerous slum in Port Au Prince the people are supporting Celestin because he has never interfered in their community, voting for him represents the status quo. Celestin has manipulated this to his advantage, using their support as a threat again the rest of the people of Port au Prince, asserting that if he is not elected, the Cite Soleil residents will run riot in the street and start an all out civil war. A fairly far fetched claim that cleverly utilizes fear mongering to his benefit.
